(*And Staying Out)This is a talk I developed and presented for YAPC::NA::2010, in Columbus, OH, USA. It's about how we all can get stuck when using the CPAN and end up breaking things horribly, and mess things up so bad it's like being in Hell. I've experienced this kind of Hell, but I found a few ways to work towards getting out, and developed some guidelines that will help you stay out, and take back control of your system.
